Buyers in the network are independent investors. MWD does not negotiate on your behalf or theirs, does not guarantee that any buyer will contact you or make an offer, and does not guarantee a sale, a price, or a timeline. Any offer you receive comes from the buyer, not from MWD.
Verify any buyer independently, get every agreement in writing, and consider consulting a real estate attorney before you sign anything.
